consider switching from DispatchTimer to CompositionTarget.Rendering for main loop

worked well in the perlin noise example, eats no CPU. This app shouldn't be eating much cpu just moving some sprites around, but CPU util at 40ms/frame is something like 55% on a midrange coreDuo .
